Patrick Humphrey  
Director

Pat Humphrey holds a North Carolina Level III Administrative Certification and a B.A. in Child Development and Family Relations from East Carolina University. He has more than 13 years’ experience working in child care. His background includes work in the classroom and as an administrator.

Pat took up his new duties at the FPC Child Development Center in June 2007.

Amber Howell  
Assistant Director

Amber Howell is a May 2009 graduate of Meredith College, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. She has lived in Raleigh since 2007. Her daughter is one of the many happy learners at the CDC.

Amber prepared for her responsibilities at the FPC Child Development Center through her coursework at Meredith, classroom observations, and volunteer work.

Amber joined the Child Development Center staff in the summer of 2009.
